How will Gramatica help our teachers?

Gramatica helps your teachers a great deal! Many native-speaker teachers do not learn how English works when they do their CELTA / TEFL / TESOL qualifications. They learn how to teach, but they do not always learn what to teach. 

However, Gramatica trains your teachers carefully in both the principles, structures and secrets of English.
Full Training
For one month before your teachers receive access to the Gramatica library of materials, we will train them fully in Gramatica content and style.  (Don't worry. It's much simpler than you think!) We will do your training on Zoom or a similar platform.

A common teaching language and style
Gramatica provides your teachers with teaching words, ideas and methods so that they all speak the same simple, easy-to-understand teaching language.

This means that
  • your teachers all share the same teaching knowledge.
  • Students moving between classes know that they are going to use the same words and ideas.

Ready lessons
The Gramatica video lessons are ready to use in class. All a teacher needs to do is to watch the video first before class, and then to press 'Play' in class. 

This means that 
  • The teacher can show the video to the class several times in case they miss a vital point.
  • Students who miss class can catch up on the content that they missed.
  • Your teachers can repeat a video lesson to consolidate student knowledge.
  • It's just like Greg teaching your classes!

Simple Assessment 
​As teachers, we must always assess our students to make sure they have learned what we have taught. 

Gramatica assessment is not like traditional assessment that causes stress, anxiety, worry and panic!

Instead, Gramatica assessment often happens without the students knowing! Gramatica assessment is part of the daily teaching cycle.
