Colours

As part of Gramatica's emphasis on visual learning, we have chosen some colours to mean certain things. 

This means that any time you or your students see a certain colour, it will always mean the same thing. There are only a few such colours, and they are actually represented in the graphic on the left: yellow, green, red, blue and purple. 

Please note the following in the infographic below

Counters = Quantifiers
Pointers = Determiners / Qualifiers
ON A WHITE BUS conjunctions = Subordinating Conjunctions
FANBOYS conjunctions (not listed) = usually shown in black.
